Ons vlees is puur en afkomstig van zorgvuldig geselecteerde leveranciers, zonder toevoegingen of kunstmatige stoffen.<\/p>\n

In onze keuken werken we elke dag met verse ingredi\u00ebnten, vaak bereid met huisgemaakte fonds en bouillons. Daardoor gebruiken we vaste basisingredi\u00ebnten – zoals boter, ei, look, ajuin, prei, selder, peper, sojasaus, champignons – die in veel van onze gerechten terugkomen.<\/p>\n

We proberen, waar mogelijk, gerechten aan te passen voor gasten met allergie\u00ebn of intoleranties. Door onze manier van koken is het echter niet altijd mogelijk om elk gerecht volledig aan te passen of bepaalde ingredi\u00ebnten overal te vermijden.<\/p>\n

Wanneer aanpassingen niet haalbaar zijn, geven we aan wat w\u00e9l mogelijk is of welke alternatieven er zijn.<\/p>\n

Laat het ons gerust vooraf weten als er allergie\u00ebn of intoleranties zijn, zodat we samen kunnen bekijken welke opties het beste aansluiten.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

Kunnen jouw kinderen een halve kilo sappig vlees aan, aarzel dan niet om hen mee te brengen naar Gillis. Lukt dat (nog) niet, ga dan voor een babysit (tip: <\/span>B-sit app)<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>en kom romantisch bij ons dineren. Onze messen zijn, net als alles wat hier op tafel komt, handgemaakt door rasechte lokale ambachtsmannen- en vrouwen. Ze zijn messcherp, piekfijn, en ze horen hier thuis. De tafel is de hele avond van jullie. Alle tijd dus om Gillis ten volle te beleven, van de kruidige cocktails en bar bites, tot de koffie met verfijnd lekkers en de onweerstaanbare selectie sigaren en digestieven. <\/span>Op vrijdag en zaterdag maken we jou het leven gemakkelijker: dan staat sowieso een combo van bar bites \u00e9n hoofdgerecht op het menu.\u00a0<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”10″][vc_column_text]\n

Af en toe krijgen we hier klanten van Jilles burgers over de vloer, en ook omgekeerd staan onze gasten soms voor de verkeerde deur. Kudos aan Jilles: lekkere burgers en biertjes. Heel anders dan Gillis wel.
